As we are all coming to grips with the Covid-19 measures, we are paying close attention to the guidelines and rules that will govern our lives for the next few weeks.

As always, the wellbeing of our customers, staff and communities is our utmost priority and we will be following the rules to support stopping Covid-19 from spreading further.

This means that we will temporarily close our showrooms and warehouses from 6pm, Wednesday 25. March until further notice. We will also stop all non-essential deliveries at the same time.

Our website www.tradedepot.co.nz and our online chat as well as phone lines will be operating during the lock-down from 8am - 8pm, 7 days. You will be able to talk to our customer service team and place online orders. However, we will not be able to deliver your order until the government permits home deliveries.

In these uncertain times, we are also considering our staff’s livelihoods. We are making decisions based on keeping our teams working as much as possible and that’s why our online business is still open. Our staff have moved to working from home until further notice.

We are united with the rest of New Zealand in seeing this extraordinary situation through safely.
