- The Free Delivery promotion (referred to as "promotion" from here on) is based on a minimum required spend which depends on the delivery address entered in the online checkout or sales orders.
- Rural delivery addresses also have free delivery tiers based on higher spend.

- Rural addresses will incur a surcharge amount equal to the greater of $75 or 5% of the total order value.
- The above area list is indicative only. If a place or town is in multiple spend tiers, the post code in the highest spend tier shall prevail. The final freight cost is ALWAYS calculated in the checkout after entering the delivery address. Check your address in the checkout to see if your order is eligible for this promotion.
- The promotion will be applied to your order on the checkout page or on the sales order.
- Free delivery is based on stock being available in your nearest warehouse. Ie. for South Island orders, free delivery is availalbe if in stock at Trade Depot Christchurch. For North Island orders, stock must be available in Hamilton or Auckland. Otherwise Trade Depot reserves the right to void the free delivery and charge inter-island freight.
- Commercial B2B and Trade Me or other marketplace orders are not eligible for the promotion.
- Installation charges are excluded from the free delivery minimum spend total.
- The promotion does not apply to out of stock items. To be eligible, your order must contain items currently in stock and available.
- The promotion does not apply to orders with a delivery date request beyond one or more weeks in the future.
- Fair refund and exchange rules apply.
- If you return one or more items from a single sales order, we will re-calculate the remaining order total and re-check for free delivery eligibility. If your new order total no longer qualifies for free delivery, your refund amount may be reduced or you may be charged to cover the delivery cost.
- Trade Depot Limited reserves the right to alter the promotion terms and conditions without notice.
- Trade Depot Limited shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
